John has been working in the health and wellness field for 20 years now. He has been a massage therapist over 14 years, a natural therapist over 8 years, an acupuncturist over 7 years; he was a personal trainer, he hold certificates in coaching, counseling, and facial rejuvenation.Currently he is the President of the New Brunswick Massotherapy Association Inc. - Association de massothérapie du Nouveau-Brunswick Inc. (NBMA-AMNB) and The Canadian Massage Therapy Alliance - Alliance Canadienne de Massotherapeutes (CMTA)
He is a father of 3. He was very active in his younger years playing, competitive hockey, volleyball, soccer, swimming and diving, holding many awards. He spends his free time fly tying, fly fishing and tae kwon do.
He believes health is all about balance; too much of anything is not good for you! His treatment focuses on treating the individual not the symptoms! Many times you will come in and have a pain one place and he will treat a totally unrelated area from where you would expect and have amazing results.
His philosophies are “don’t treat what’s not broken!”, “It’s all about creating balance”, and “It’s more important to be happy than right!”
